Can wagons go up/down ramps?

I know they can fit anywhere 3 spaces wide; but I am not sure if they are able to travel down multiple slopes. It wouldn't make sense if they couldn't but I figured I'd ask.

Yes, they can.  They may look a little funny as the animals pulling the wagon glitch into the ground whilst going up the slopes, but they go up and down as long as the area is accessible.

Nice. This will make my nice waterfall entrance able to take in caravans and protect them (for once XD).

Important to note that hatches do block wagons.
