Just downloaded and think I've installed if ok but some of the graphic tiles still show as letters. What have or haven't I done?

From what I understand, corpses will always be in ascii. I don't know, I don't use the graphics sets.

in adventure mode, those aren't necessarily corpses, but the tile changes from the human picture to the human 'U' when you can't see them anymore, but it marks the last place they were spotted.

Mmmm I did move near the 'letters' but they didnt reveal anything and just remained as letters
