What was this powder physics game?

Some stuff I remember:

-It had a whole buttload of elements, even stuff you might not expect. (black holes, ect.)
-You could upload creations for people to play with.
-It was downloaded. (not browser)

It's not OE-Cake.

Woah I never knew about this one before. I see there's a 'Legacy' and regular version, but what's the difference?

I think it's kind of like the SDL and Legacy versions of DF, where the SDL versions use SDL and are faster (but a little less stable? I'm not really sure) than the Legacy versions.
