Prince of Toast: THE RPG
Because Theros can't seem to let this thing die

Setting: The steampunk-ish world of Prince of Toast. Psychics, pirates, and experiments gone wrong all flourish in this mad world of countries, city-states, and city-country-states. Nothing is too weird or too overdone here, not even evil dark-skinned subterranean elf-like races attempting to atone for their countrymen's wrongdoings.

Blurred lines are areas of disputed territory, white dots denote major cities. There are minor cities and towns all over the place, and as such I have not drawn them.

Recent Events:
The year is 1386. The Reign of Siegfried the Third, King of Toast, may he rest in peace, has ended, and power has passed to his stepsister, Mia. There is currently a small uprising going on with the city-state of Kelperia declaring independence from the monarchy. There are also, of course, pirates, who are inhabiting the island marked in purple on the map. It is widely suspected that they may begin raiding again now that King Siegfried is dead. All that aside, things are peaceful in the Kingdom of Toast.

In the merchant state of Bolgaria, things are chaos as usual, as yet another motion for the Council of Merchants to fund some sort of legal system has been turned down in favor of bribes from various guilds of thieves, murderers, and mercenaries. Everyone continues to question just how the few cities and towns left are still standing.

On the Islands of the Twins, monks attend to the occasional pilgrimage group or tourist. Otherwise, they live a life of prosperity and calm, for even nature dares not threaten the islands protected by the demigods.

Everything else is no-man's-land, full of ogres, experiments, madmen, and Mary Sues alike.

Things You Need To Know:
The world generally works with a societal system based on eye color. Red eyes < blue < green. Any other color is extremely rare in anything that might be called civilization.

Eye color also typically denotes psychic capability as such:
Red: Physical (telekinetics, lighting shit on fire, etc)
Blue: Mental (mind control, telepathy, etc)
Green: Mechanical (building and repairing machines of both an artificial and organic nature)
Anything in between is usually a combination of both abilities, but is slightly weaker.

Player Limit: Right now, six is the maximum. I'm willing to settle for less, and I'll probably have a waitlist if people want to cameo, jump in when someone else dies, or some other form of absolute batshit tomfoolery.

Limits on the Players: None. As long as I approve of it, you can go as batshit insane with your character as you please (and I'm willing to allow a ton of leeway for batshit insane things.). Just keep in mind I will probably scale down any capabilities they have to keep them in line with everyone else.

Mechanics: For combat, I'm planning to go with a standard "YOU HAVE ENTERED A COMBAT" system common to RPGs. I'll probably work out any kinks with it as I go. Otherwise, mechanics won't show up too much in favor of standard roleplayin'.
