Hybrid FB's
« on: April 14, 2012, 09:28:26 pm »

This is just an addition to Forgotten beasts. There would be all the normal ones that already exist, but you could get a massive crocodile with the head of a tiger and legs of a giraffe. This would be all randomly generated and it would act according to the body part simulator that already exists. I'm no programmer and I don't know if it would be really hard to pull off or not. But I think it would make for some wild and awesome FB's

That's pretty much how they work now.

The current system is that a FB is a form (base animal, blob, humanoid,..) with some extra parts stuck on.

Sleipnir had eight legs.

I think that you'd get ludicrous fairly fast; it should be limited to a few parts from ONE additional animal. Not that it would make an in-game difference, most likely.
