Odd things with my save.

Anyone else have odd things happen to thier save?

All my historical carvings that the dwarfs have made are gone, replaced by generic engravings.

Also, my artifact crossbow has turned into an artifact bow and the value plumeted.

Anyone else have wierd things like this.

*edit*

My dwarfs also no longer engrave ANY history. ONLY generic carvings.

All its got is a grafix mod. But its been recording history up untill today when everything went wacky.

Did you make any changes to the raws AFTER you genned the world?

Hmmm... No, I've never had that happen, but it sounds like it could be a generic save corruption... Have you savescummed recently?

i think there is an option in the init to toggle descriptions in engravings, as well as in dfhack

Ahh, but that doesn't get rid of the fort's history.

seems like you either messed with the save, or it got corrupted in some way. Which version are you playing?
