I was running out of food while secret project "mister" was being built... which, ultimately, it was a failure. I couldn't get enough power, so I tried running the water off the map since the stream was infinite but... alas, that didn't work and a miner broke their leg and stayed down in the spillway and drowned. Immigrants then show up in droves while I starve, which causes my Mason to go all fey and make a coffin about an aincent (year 30, it's 125 now) dwarf society taking shape, and a muck root. Before this, he had a masterwork statue. So yeah, butchering some puppies now. Hopefully I can get this depot made and they will come quickly.

Build a great tomb, chuck that coffin there and kill everyone. The worthy shall be placed in the tomb, as decided by the RNG. Then flood everything, for great justice.

Built a trade depot in time, they were saying something about not bringing a wagon... what I get for living between cliff faces. Toady, we can has aquatic transports? anyway, I have a temporary fix on food.. very temporary. I dunno if I can get out of this spiral, so the tomb is the next thing getting built.
