So I've been making what is as far as I'm aware, a pretty big mod. However, I don't have much experience with modding, and have needed to ask for help multiple times. So I've decided to make one topic to stick my questions into, instead of cluttering up the board and will update it with what ever issues pop up.

List of questions

1. I don't really understand how to make syndrome effects. In this case, I'm making a creature that is suppose to contain a sort of disease in it's scales that dissolve the substance that is the equivalent of flesh in the world they're from. How should I do this without making the stuff go all over the place?

2. Earlier I made a creature that can shoot a substance that I set to boil below room temperature so that it would disappear after impact. However, the shots stay behind in the arena without dissolving when they land on a different z level. Why is this?
