game will not load

every time i try and load a save it keeps causing df to crash.it loaded fine yesterday,but today it wont load.this was my first good fort that didnt colaps after the second summer too....any help here,is there a way to recover the save(?the version is 34.05)

All I can say is go to download site for DF, download it again, except extract it into the folder where your df stuff is, if its an internal errror, it will be fixed, if its an issue with the world itself (bug, etc.) then I wouldn't know what to say

its the save itself.this MAAAAYYYY be because of me queening about ~100 tasks of things to be built,brewed and smelted before quitting,any way to mod the fort into a fail so i can reclaim?this aint the end of archsales,i dont care if i unleash the clowns,i will reclaim it, actually,this was my intent,to do a bit of !!SCIENCE!! on fort reclamation after hfs is released

Try to find someone else to load up your map. Perhaps it works for them. Then they resave it and send it back. Perhaps your 34.07 is not loading it properly, as Toady has been working on some compatibility stuff with it.

i havent updated to 34.07 yet,im still running all my .05 maps on .05
