Gypsum plaster storage
« on: March 29, 2012, 06:25:29 pm »

So I need to stockpile some gypsum plaster in my apocalypse bunker's hospital, but I haven't been able to get my dwarves to store only gypsum plaster there, they fill the stockpile up with sand bags instead. Any suggestions?

EDIT: make that 15. Not sure what took that last one so long.

If it's a hopsital that you want it for then why not simply store the gypsum in the hospital's containers instead of a stockpile?

I believe it's actually in furniture, under "sand bags".

They should store it in the hospital containers automatically.  If they aren't robbing your fort blind of thread and other things then all the containers are full or i->H should show that the hospital has all the requested materials (which you can change).

in you stockpile settings, look in the bottom right of the screen (Under furniture) and hit 'u' I think to make sure sandbags are no highlighted.

Turn off sand bags. Turn on bags and materials > gypsum plaster. Or just quantum dump some.
