It would be ince if the social "skills" or personalities of your squad leaders had an influence on the behaviour/thoughts of thier troops as well as any reputation that they have earned. Some prone to rage captain would drive them so hard some may break but any of thier grunts who could cope would become badasses in combat due to them fearing thier Sgt more than the enemy... and of course you could always end up with a weak captain who has little or no effect on the abilites of those under him

What about a way for dwarves to get oiled up and have heavily homoerotic volleyball matches?
We need a navy first.

My brother who got me into DF in the first place is USAF, and can't stop laughing.  Thank you good sir.

But yes, we need a shorter, bearded R. Lee Ermey training our axedwarves for maximum carnage and psychosis
