Item inaccessible

Okay, so humans came to trade, but they left because goblins ambushed me. I didn't want them to leave so I ordered my military to kill them. They managed to escape, but now almost no one wants to eat because they want the food the humans had, and the food is apparently inaccessible. What the hell do I do?

Never had this problem, but maybe try forbiding d-b-f all the human's food.

If you don't know where the food is, trying forbiding everything from the stocks menu (z).  Then mass claiming your own stockpiles with d-b-c.
