Alright. I've got the file uploaded, how do I go about submitting a bug report, and how do I get in touch with this Meph guy to ask him about it?

Oh, and for those wondering, i've managed to contain the problem by walling Mr. McCrazy Bashy in the quarry to starve to death.

You could try the thread for the masterwork mod. 

Don't file a bug report until you are sure this isn't a feature of the mod.
