reverse vampiring?

I recently encountered a strange problem in adventure mode. My human swordsman vampire suddenly stoped being a vampire. Not just the vampire symbol but i got attacked by booigemen too. I got hungry and thirsty for water as well. This was right about the time i became an eliet swordsmen too, so maby that has something to do with it? Does this mean my stats increase agin? Do i need to drink more vampie blood to be one agin? Or is this just a bug? Please help.

No, bloodthirsty showsup in red and i was hungry to. Booigemen dont attack vamps because thier night creatures and dont attack fellow night creatures. I had been a vampire in this world for a while, feeding off wild boars and goblins. Then suddenly i just stoped being one.
