Okay, my best adventurer got his ear smashed apart. I didn't care about it, becayse there was no bleeding or other problems.

Then I saw "infection" in my health screen.

What, exactly, infections do? Is my adventurer going to die slow and horrifying death, or something like that?

I think it will kill you in a couple month... You will likely find a more traditional way to die by then.

I think turning into a werebeast might stop it though.
