There is a vampire embedded in the sewer walls, as in he is actually inside the wall. How the heck did he get stuck in there?

that sure is a realistic engraving! there are even rumors that you will die of bloodloss if you sleep near it!

on all seriousness, that seems to be a mayor oddity, maybe they found out about him and built him into a wall?

Check legends on vampires. See if any were 'built into a wall'
