Trader migrants...?

Lately I've been getting two to four traders in groups of migrants. They move slowly and don't do anything. In the dialog that comes up with U, they just appear as "friendly." And they live with a caravan when it comes, but don't do any trading on their own. What is going on? Is this some kind of bug?

Known bug. They'll stay on map pretty much until they die AFAIK.

Aurora on small monitors:
1. Game Parameters -> Reduced Height Windows.
2. Lock taskbar to the right side of your desktop.
3. Run Resize Enable
