Do zombies have population counts?
« on: March 10, 2012, 10:40:02 am »

Normal animals in normal biomes can be hunted to extinction. Do zombies have the same population counts as their parent animal? Can I hunt the zombies on my evil embark to extinction? I am only talking about zombies that migrate in from the edge of the map, not corpses that reanimate.

If you killed every zombie that entered your map (and kept them dead), yes, you should be able to drive their populations to extinction. 'Should also kill the normal critters, just to be sure.

Awesome! I have a huge operation going on topside with atomsmashers and 30 hammerdwarves and wanted to make sure it wasn't in vain.
