surroundings

Do different surroundings such as wilderness, joyous wilds and terrifying areas effect goblin (and elf) ambushes? What about things like mega beasts? Or does it only effect wildlife and plante?

For the ambushes, no, though for megabeasts good aligned megabeasts are supposed to happily merry themselves before killing everyone. Honestly, I've never seen a Titan in a good biome...

...I can't remember when's the last time I've embarked in a good biome either :S

Can anyone else confirm?
