What is this?

Well, i was reading up on the dwarves in my fortress and i found this as one's "long-term aquantince"

So... what exacaly is this? My first thought was that it was a zombie, but i have no idea. Is it a bug or something? And wouldent it say that their upper body (i meant lower body... shutup) was gone, not upper body?

It simply means she's dead. No science to be done, I'm afraid. It is a pretty hilarious formulation, though
