Do the dwarven vampires get a positive or negative thought for being caught in dwarf blood rain?

Freakish rain is a negative thought I think.

My ¤Masterwork Fortress¤ fort also has dwarf blood rain and a bunch of eyeballs blahblah in the evil biome I settled in. Does this actually insure me against possible vampires in my population? Will they just drink whatever blood is available on the ground or elsewhere as as a result of the rain?
