Working on character building stuff, more specifically traits, then I'll get working on skills.  Then probably infrastructure and industry types.

edit- Got bored, starting rolling a nation, I think when we play the next version I'll just roll up all your regions, then roll give you all the rolls for for the plants and animals, and you guys figure it out for yourself.  Anyway here's the lands I rolled.

And my race tangent has been sated, back to traits and then skills.  Here's 5 examples of the races, I rolled them up relatively quickly and gave them names I felt fit them best.

I think part of the fun for the player is naming everything.

Well obviously, those are just example races, and are pretty terrible names (especially Hatcuri).  There more of descriptors, and a more language based name for races would be preferred.
