Will catapults shoot over walls? Or do I have to put them outside my walls. And how do I kill dragons because the z axis is broken... I'm guessing that means that I cant shoot it with cross bows.

I don't believe they can shoot through walls, but they CAN shoot through fortifications - either ones you erect freestanding (uild-><C>onstruction-><F>ortification) or ones that you designate(first mooth the stone then carve fortifictions on it).
