No one is building the metalsmiths forge.

I actually forgot about it, and just realized it, and it still hasn't been built. It's right next to the smelter in a lower layer of the mine.

If you do, have you enabled their metalsmithing jobs?  Migrants don't come with their appropriate jobs enabled anymore.

Forges don't need architecture, just a metalsmithing skill.  Also, check that the building of it isn't suspended due to a rock for a furnace or wall or something in the way.  If all else fails, remove it, and make a new one.

Apparently I didn't have metal-smithing enabled. I could've sworn I did lol, but apparently not.
