Definitely report this.  Imagine doing something similar in an evil biome and having the body part, whatever it is, animate behind the wall in a closed off safe room with the non-military members of your fortress.  !FUN! ensues.

The Engraver punches the Boar in the right front hoof with it's left hand and the severed part sails off in an arc !
The Boar's flying right front hoof warps to the Ethereal Plane !
The Boar's flying right front hoof reappears in the Material Plane !
The spinning Boar's flying right front hoof strikes the Minotaur in the head, bruising the muscle, shattering the skull and bruising the brain !

You could resurrect a zombie right by your fortress wall and send axedwarves to kill it. If the arms go through the wall you're now throwing zombie limbs at goblins.

So ... an engraver throws a tantrum and attacks a tame boar.

A child comes running because it seems fun and puts the boar in a headlock using his legs.

The engraver punches the boar so hard that it defies physics.

All Dwarves can grasp with their legs (in adventure mode too) but you need to lie down first.
