Made a new map today and all was working fine until I abandoned a fort after a siege that didn't go so great, now when I try to reclaim I get as far as embark the intro text comes up and when I hit enter DEP closes DF for some reason. I tried to put DF down as an exception in the DEP settings but windows just says that DEP has to run with this program, but annoyingly gives no reason as to why.

Just wondered if any has had similar happen to them and have any sort of fix that doesn't involve completly disabling DEP, which would likely solve the problem but I don't think would be wise, so trying to avoid it if possible.
