Hey does anyone know if Cave Ponds have unlimited water like their river counterparts?

I've never seen something like that... But assuming it's not connected to an unlimited source of water (like the border of the map or something similar to waterfalls in 23a) then the answer is no.

Any pool is limited, unless you connect it to a unlimited source of water just like Eagle of Fire said.
