I think it's the way towns develop now. In the beginning, people move into a town. Then they start producing tables, which results in more and more tables. Soon tables represent a significant portion of the population, they start lobbying for new laws and regulations, putting people to greater and greater disadvantage...

Kill it anyways. And the stoneworker, the stoneworker's obviously in league with the vampire.

The civilizations' coins are named after this chick. It's gonna take some doing to bring her down. I think I'll clear out the massive were-something infection that seems to have spread around town, first.

I found a dwarf vampire in legends that had 3200+. It seems for 236 years she just went to another town with a new job every time she was under suspicion. When an elf confronted her, she slaughtered the whole town. I think maybe doing all sorts of jobs and whatnot over 200 years musta leveled her way up.

I had a vampire which had killed 328. Whenever I deprived her of a limb, I got about 50 messages about her losing hold of a -human hair bracelet- or whatever because when night creatures kill something, they get a trophy from it.

Well, then apparently one of my adventurer companions (who I ended up getting killed) was a vampire. He had quite a few bone decorations on him.

Yeah, I thought I was good when I killed a 4K one, but look what I found on reddit---7K kills. Go figure.

...but that say "seven hundred seventy-eight." As in 778. :P

The only vampire I've found had claimed 460 or so lives, and the townspeople were apparently suspicious but terrified. I have no idea why, because I adn two goons I recruited as soon as I walked in the door put her down without incident.

well, the vampires are usually around since the beginning of time, and unlike dragons, they don't rampage, they just kill people while posing as their friends.
