Is there a translater from Dwarf (elve and human would be cool too !) to english ?

Yes. Go into the raw/objects directory and look at the language_*.txt files.

This can translate English to Dwarven. From Dwarven to English, you'll have to look at df/raw/objects/language_dwarf.txt and do a search for the words you want to translate.
If you just want to know what a creature's name means, open its description screen and look at the title bar, its last name will be translated.
