Atacking trade caravan

If I will atack trade caravan and kill all members will I get things which were in caravan?

Yes. You can just steal it without attacking anyways.

It is easier to build a Depot and wait for the traders to unload everything.
When they're done unloading, deconstruct the Depot and you will have all the goods.

(only 'tamed' caged animals will not really be tame, if you do it this way.. I think)

Actually, you do not even have to deconstruct the depot; there is a trading option to seize some of the goods.  Doing this for only the goods you need(/want) should also make the traders less angry than if you grab everything.

If you are doing this specifically to piss them off, then yes, works the same way as drops from invaders.
