RAW file for butchering sapients?

You can't.  This is hard-coded.  Even if you mod your civilization to be fine with the butchering of sentients, adventure mode still won't let you.

For the hell of it, I decided to challenge myself and made a nudist cannibal elf who refuses to eat anything besides the heart, lungs, and brains of sapients.

Died soo many times, but that feeling of sheer badassness when I killed my first titan was unequaled.

You could only butcher sapients if you were starving, which no longer happens. For now.
