« on: January 12, 2012, 10:05:54 am »

I reclaimed a fortress for the first time i figured out they wont use any already built workshops but how do i get them do deconstruct them? i have them marked for it and everything else is ready they just wont? i read on that thing at the pause that they wont mess with the old stuff for a while so it eventually wears off?

Unforbid it.

Don't dwarven ladies know they're beautiful the way they are? They don't need to starve themselves to look like those elven bitches.

Unforbid, and they will use the existing workshops.  No need to deconstruct.

Everything starts forbidden to prevent your reclaim dwarfs from running into danger.

What could possibly go wrong? Might want an adventurer to purify it.

I've decided to say "fuck it" and will just implode my fort.

What?

1. You either breached hell by accident, and died gloriously. In which case, you should definitely reclaim, to take back your fortress from the nasty icky demons.
2. You breached it on purpose, and died because of it. Should still reclaim, for above reasons.
3. You breached it, died from something else but otherwise killed the clown car. In which case you should move into hell.
