Anyone ever hear of this? I saw it rated really high on the blog crpgaddict. I had never heard of it. It plays similiar to Pool of Radiance(combat isn't quite as good), but the puzzles are more interesting.

Yes, it was a famously well-loved game, back in the day. Though it wasn't one that I played much. I vaguely remember downloading it from a  dialup BBS purchasing the game for real life money because piracy is bad, and playing it for a day or two, then losing interest.

There's a gameplay video on youtube.

I enjoyed Pool of Radiance, Bard's Tale 1 and Ultimas 2 and 3 far more. Though Ultima I played on a mac. The PC versions were a bit awful.
