My golden salve has alcohol in it

I have two clear glass vials that contain a stack of 3 strawberry wine or something in addition to the stack of 25 golden salve. My military was using vials as waterskins for a while so the question is, did the farmer's workshop use a vial with booze in it for the extraction, or did a military dwarf put booze in a vial that already had salve in it? And, why does this happen at all? And if I try to trade a vial with salve -and- alcohol I expect the value will be the combined value of the alcohol, salve and vial, but if the salve is diluted or not counted I'll be most disappoint

The military dwarf put booze in the vial that already had salve in it.

It's a known bug.
