So I built what I thought was a brilliant system of floodgates to destroy my enemies. I finally finish after installing like 20 floodgates and get them all rigged up. I pull the lever and everything seems to work fine. The I close the floodgates and everything goes crazy. Now I have water flowing in wierd shapes all over the place ignoring doors, floodgates, everything.

Yeah, the strange flow patterns are a result of some bug in the flow stopping code that comes from things like doors opening/closing.
