the few times i ever got a pc at school and turned to something else the maximum i got was a "get back to the page".

as for your father, you could try and sit with him one day especially if internet is slow. keep your pc close, point your sister and say. "it's her."
repeat for a while. Fathers need imprinting on who to see as a culprit.
going to be boring for some time.

or else call in somebody who knows the stuff. Find a graduate in tech stuff, and have him speak to your father.

You can try speaking to him by yourself, but that usually doesn't work.

If they try to blackmail you again, don't. Just don't. Corporal punishment is illegal, and they can't just blackmail you like that.
