Is that world gen editing tool still around because im having a REALLY hard time getting a T shaped gap in the mountains so i can wall off the base of the T and remove the ramps around the the T and have a funnel in to the fort from the front gate

Depends on what ye mean, ye can custom shape the world itself with special tools, but I dinnae think ye can shape the sites how you want.

As you noted, PWDF will only allow you to edit things on the world map level. But... don't forget these guys can dig! All you really need is a mountain.
