Q1:I want to know how to edit the save file (the stats and weapons part) to my advantage so... how?... well i can figure it out but asking is mutch faster... and the first time i edits it said error.
Q2:Why is this game not popular... well at least the forum part anyway.(like no post allways every day just sometime there is none and sometimes there's new posts.

1. Not exactly sure about thought, I remember seeing somewhere that you'd have to get the source code and edit it then compile it but I'm not sure. (Excuse me if I'm wrong.)

2. Pretty much what Jonathan said, update comes out then more people flood into the Curses section.

You can edit the save file, but I don't think there's a guide anyone (including myself) has made on how to do so effectively.

If you're familiar with source code and this type of editing, you might look at the save/load code here to determine what the different parts mean:

Some of the data is saved as XML, I believe, which should be easier to edit than other parts. You may have tried to do this and had the game crash; this would be because if you change the length of the XML string/text for any given thing, you'll create errors unless you also change the hex value of the number preceding the entire block of XML to indicate the new precise length in characters of the block of XML that follows.

i know how to edit the art file and add stuff (weapons,vehicles,clips,etc), and im 13..... and i figured it out in a hour.....lol???
