Those who can marry, and those who can not.

Sentient beings were programmed to only breed if they're married, but only dwarves can get married after wroldgen is over, correct? I've heard you can have goblins breed if they're already married before coming to your fort, but what about creatures such as megabeasts? Can you breed Minotaurs, Giants, Ettins and such "sentient" creatures?

Theoretically, if they come onto your map already married yes.

And pretty much every megabeast doesn't have a child caste, so unless you modded them, it would be impossible to have them breed.

Would they marry in worldgen if modded to be able to breed?

?
Dwarves procreate all the time before getting married. Once this happens, they immediately become married, but they weren't before they had a kid. They can also get married before they commence with the hanky-panky.

Or has this changed?

By the way, I design table top RPGs and other games. You can buy some.

Other than migrants, this is impossible.

Let's be fair. Dwarven hanky panky is firing 'spores' into the air hoping the 'spores' make contact with a female. In japan this is called bukkake. Where does marriage fit into this?

Pretty sure you mean "token" here, not "caste."

Some semimegabeasts have the [CHILD:x] token, by the way - I know minotaurs do. I think every semimega is intelligent, though, so that becomes a problem.
