My current wealth is over 3mil and my fort is 8 years old. Yet I haven't had a single siege yet. There are 6-7 ambushes a year but no Vile force of darkness. The best I can figure is that the Gobo civs are to young to have enough military might for a siege The year is 142)

For goblins to siege you, you need a population of 80 or more.

Oh? I had one early on. >29 dwarves {my three key is broken}. Lived though as they were just novice bowmen led by a giant frog.

Did you edit the raw files or something? [SIEGER] should be there in the entity_goblin for sieges I think.

No, it is intended that sieges only begin at 80 population so you can, you know, survive.

The game wants you to survive? That doesn't sound right. :P

I'm sure I had sieges before a population of 80.

You don't have 'invaders : off' in the init file?

That's the problem then, I have my pop capped at 50. Thanks for the info.
