[38a] bags of seeds are cheaper than empty bags

From the humans, I can buy a rope reed bag ("it is made from rope reed cloth" -- no modifiers of any kind, in other words) for 60, or a rope reed bag filled with rat weed seeds for 40.  I've noticed this for dwarves and elves also.

Evidently they also are trying everything they can think of to get rid of those bags with one seed in each.

Only times I've seen this was when the empty bags were dyed, which I didn't catch at first. You sure they were all the same, no dying, no sewn images?

Maybe the seeds are so useless they cost a negative amount? Like getting toxic waste in a platinum barrel studded with gold and encircled with bands of adamantine.   :p

It's true that in order to get a bag out of this deal, I need to spend the time to cook 5 seed roasts.
