How do you put a graphics tileset or whatever on the game?

I'm kind of a noob with computers... but anyway I have windows 7 and i want to play Dwarf Fortress but the default graphics is just killing me! I need help getting a tileset thing in the game, like this one: Ironhand and Wormslayer's Graphics Pack which  i just found on the wiki, the first one on the list here:

So yeah, how do I get it to apply on to the game?

Download Lazy Newb Pack and let all your worries melt away. It has built in selection of the best tilesets, as well as some invaluable micromanagement utilities (namely dwarf the rapist).

Download May Green's. It's ready to go out of the box - it's basically the game with the new graphics already in the correct place. It's pretty nice.
