Important Conservatives would alert the masses to your presence if you even dared the SECRET LIBERAL HANDSHAKE with them, and using it too much causes it to get you detected by Conservatives of the normal breed.
Using the SECRET LIBERAL HANDSHAKE with moderates would cause them to have a 50 percent chance of turning liberal or spontaneously combusting into a burst of Liberal Flames, damaging everyone.

The entire reason someone like a CEO is in their position is that they're conservative. How many liberals that hate wage discrimination do you think there are as a wealthy CEO? Especially in the wacky universe of LCS?

Actually, a highly-charismatic liberal with high persuasion can sometimes talk top-level conservatives into joining the LCS through normal recruitment means.

Charisma 13 seems the magic number to start recruiting conservatives, with persuasion 4 or higher.
