Kourmiss Alcohol From Milk
« on: November 25, 2011, 12:50:20 pm »

Okey, so one day on the john I was reading an issue of National Geographic, and I read an article about some women milking a mare for a drink, called Kourmiss. When I saw this I was thinking about Dwarf Fortress, and wondered why this hasn't been put in the game yet. So I decided to research it a little bit and came across this: [url]http://notecook.com/drinks/koumiss-making-alcohol-from-milk/

This is been drunk by the nomads of Central Asia for thousands of years as both a drink and a source of nutrition. What is amounts too is a fizzy glass of milk and is quite delicious.
Maybe it could be used as drink and food, but maybe not.
This could be made at the still, like other alcohol, but has a different way of making it, similar to mead.
