cancel cage spam and cancel pit spam

i have a cage set up and im trying to toss some cats in.

i assign the cats to be tossed in, and then i have one dwarf that came over and stood next to the cage and spammed that he could not find a path....    hes standing right beside the cage...

and earlier when i was disposing of cats with piting them, i was getting spammed with messages about unable to find paths there as well..

the pits were designed like this:

+.+

where the + is floor and the . is the 20 story drop.   i had a dwarf sitting on the stairs spamming that he couldnt find his way for pitting.

ive since stopped trying to pit and cage said animals, but it was annoying.

It's quite possible they just finished caging or pitting one critter and was having trouble pathing to the next critter. I've seen this when I had a critter behind a locked door.
