What if Urist McMurderer is socially crippled by thoughts that everyone is watching and judging him and a Grand Master Liar? Will he make a false accusation on someone else?

I hope this means we can control accusations for mandate-related crimes as well. Sometimes you want Urist McMason to go to jail for not completing the order.
