magical?? artifact serrated disc

after abandoning the fort I came with an adventurer to pick up some loot, but one of the artifacts behaved strange. Serrated disc when picked up from bin still remained in that bin. After taking the bin i tried throwing and dropping and removing it from that bin. It removes or throws that disc ( and with bloody effect ) but the item remains in the bin.

I don't suppose you have a save with this, do you? An infinitely throwable serrated disc sounds like fun.
