Not sure if this is really a bug, But I now have 2 mayors. the first one came in my second wave of immigrants and this newest one came much later and seems to have replaced the old mayor. Odd thing is the other mayor does not show up in the nobles screen and just goes around being a mason. It lists him as a mayor still in the 'u' menu and when you select him.
