Some precursors do it, some don't - so it doesn't necessarily mean we have an NPR.

I think Steve has some set up as robotic defenders of ruins, while others are set up as pirates. All are still considered precursors though. I think the "pirate" types will pick up life pods.

I don't really know the specifics, so just send in some reconnaissance that can get in, identify the threat, and get out.  No attack, not even contact.  Something easily replaceable, so if these barbarians destroy the scout, it's no loss to the Republic.

Eh... not dead quite yet, just a bit slow.

I played for a while the other day and suddenly the game started spitting divide by zero errors at me every interval and sub pulse, and didn't seem to be going away. Every 5 day interval was chucking like 50 errors at me. I checked designer mode to try and figure out if an NPR was causing it, but couldn't figure out what was going on - so I had to go back to the backup I made after the last update, and part way through redoing my game I kinda went "eehhhh I'll finish this later" and got side tracked playing Kingdoms and Mount & Blade and Cataclysm.

I'm still enjoying the LP, so I'll get back to it eventually. Just as soon as I conquer the world and survive the zombie apocalypse.
