I noticed that there is a bug report for wooden blocks not being in the custom stockpile list, but I found out where it puts them...

I have a Bar/Block stockpile that is set to only accept all types of metal bars.  No blocks (metal or other) are allowed nor is the charcoal/ash/potash types.  However, my wooden blocks for my pump systems are in there.  Took me a few minutes to figure out to check my stocks to zoom to them.  :p
